I specialize in working with adults and young adults who are struggling with difficult life transitions. Together we work through the challenges of depression, anxiety, loneliness, grief, relationship problems and identity questions. I work to keep bringing my client back into the present moment which allows the development of  deeper contact, trust, awareness, and connection with themselves and others.
